School Entrance
The school can be found by going though the slum or by interacting with the schoolgirl in the Rusty Pier.
In the lobby of the school are two Kaibutsu standing behind a counter, who can change your menu type. One of them is there by default and the other only appears when you have at least one menu type that you've found within the game. It is home of both the Uniform and Tattoo effects, as well as a room at the very basement level that is only accessible as Rust.
