Starry Pier Docks
The Star World (AKA the "Starry Pier" or the "Pier") is a place with what appears to be stars or lanterns in the background as you walk up the stairs to the Submarine World and go up the pier. You can also walk off the left side of the pier next to the fisherman and drop into a small Hell room with a corpse.
